sunflower does not collect any data. Everything you do in the app — your focus sessions, your garden, your streak, your tags and settings — stays on your device. Nothing is sent to us or to anyone else.
No accounts, no analytics, no tracking, no ads, no third-party SDKs that phone home. We cannot see your data because it never leaves your phone.
If you enable Focus Shield (a Pro feature), sunflower uses Apple's Screen Time framework to hold your chosen apps closed while a focus session runs. Which apps you choose is stored only on your device, and Apple's framework is designed so that even sunflower itself cannot read the list in a personally identifying way. Blocking ends the moment your session ends.
Sunflower Pro purchases are processed entirely by Apple through your Apple account. We never see your payment details.
Session reminders are local notifications scheduled on your device. They never touch a server.
If this policy ever changes, the new version will appear on this page with an updated date.
